In my experience, the best thing to do is to be an extrovert when it comes to performance review. Why did I say that. It is very simple. Nobody would have known or remember everything you have done for the whole year. They might have seen me working hard at your desk. But this might be all they can remember about me. And don’t forget that if I do not claim credit for the work I did, somebody else will. Here is what I have learned over the years that might help people who considered themselves an introvert.
