Source: Strategyzer Not too long ago, a high tech company was about to hire a senior person from a Fortune 500 company. All went well except for one thing. And it was not about money. The candidate wants the CTO title but it was taken already. They can’t take away the CTO title from the other person so they offered the candidate a different title — Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to close the deal! Sounds familiar?
